It was fixed, but I think it is a problem.
Problem: The ~/.local/share/gnome-boxes is a link to /opt/gnome-boxes. Maybe the permission problem… And may also because I del source but dont del link. But gnome-boxes crash, without and message, I don’t known what happened, it should have an error message. Let me know why it died.
