A few easy Rust packages

Hi, I have a few new Rust packages needing review:

• 2266310 – Review Request: crun-vm - An OCI Runtime that runs VM images
• 2266320 – Review Request: rust-k8s-openapi - Bindings for the Kubernetes client API
• 2266336 – Review Request: rust-kube_quantity - Library adding arithmetic operations to the Quantity type from the k8s-openapi crate
• 2266613 – Review Request: rust-yaserde_derive - Serialization and deserialization macros

They were all generated using rust2rpm, so reviewing should be easy. I’m happy to review other packages in return.

I’ll look at them if nobody beats me to it I have a few Rust packages pending review as well that are currently blocking updates for existing packages, it would be great to get those reviewed.

I set a solution and another mod closed this already a few minutes ago. Hopefully any of that ends the bumping, I have limited experience with this function tbh (if it happens again, let us know, then we investigate how to disable this)
