2nd monitor problems (black screen)

So I’ve already had this very weird problem where a screen needs to be plugged into the motherboard to get past the Luks encryption login screen.

The workaround that worked until now was to just let my 2nd monitor plugged into it, which is fine because I have very static content on it.

Yesterday when shutting down my PC, there was an update, and today my 2nd monitor will only show black if it is not plugged into the GPU (there is signal, I can access the options menu of the monitor).

So I am once again with the initial problem that I have to change where my 2nd monitor is plugged into on startup but the workaround doesn’t work anymore.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

By following the advice of the related issue and disabling integrated graphics and plugging everything into the GPU it now works.
(Which I believe I already tried the first time a few months ago and it didn’t work !)

At this point with multiple people affected I think it would be wise to file a bug report, but where does the bug come from ? Fedora ? Gnome ? Wayland ?
